In Memoriam

Cliff Schafer, aka Dutchman and Venturers #708, passed away September 3, 2009;
the result of a motorcycle accident.

Cliff was a man of many passions, including writing poetry and singing. His
family summed up Cliff in a very few words; “He was a wonderful person, kind and
generous, a very good man.” was the thoughts of his wife Connie. His stepdaughter
Laurel Killgore had this to say "He always had a joke to tell or a song to sing.
Anyone who met him was immediately drawn to him, and he could put a
smile on just about anybody’s face.
