I bought one from them at Americade last summer for $50. But their price sheet lists it for 57.95. Installation was easy. IMHO a worthwhile addition to the Venture. Being able to use an auto type oil filteris a real plus. It comes with a Fram 3950 . They're available anywhere. And, much easier to change than stock.
I had no clearance problems on my bike. However, my brother-in-law did on his 88. Solved the problem by finding a smaller diameter filter. I don't know the number offhand but if you need to know I'll find out for you.

There was a question about the torque spec.on this adapter a while back that Dick87vr had asked me about and thought it would be good to pass on. So here it is. Somebody else might need it.

The stated torque range is 15-20 lb-ft.
