Where is the transmission drain plug? |

Transmission Drain PlugOn the left side of the engine next to the foot peg, there is that plate that looks like a middle gear cover that has six allen bolts in it. The bottom bolt has a copper washer under it, and if you leave the bike on the sidestand and take that bolt out, most of the 1/2 quart of oil will drain. It will shoot out first in a stream, then reduce to a dribble, so have a small container ready to catch it..........Rick Butler
