Horn Switch |

Horn SwitchBe careful using the regular Horn switch on the Handle Bar to operate a Horn that draws more current than the stock horn. The contacts on the switch may burn up or wear out at a faster rate. Best to install a Horn Relay so that the switch is triggering a low current Relay and the Relay contacts operate the Horns. Bob I mounted my compressor in the right part of the fairing body just under the supension electronic system, the horns are behind the air entrance (same side). I just had to flatten the exit of the horns in hot water to make them less bulky, which is not a problem for the sound. So the air horn is protected and completely hidden (non regulation-conform model). I blow it direct from the horn bar-button, with a by-pass that select regular or air horn. Philippe Mollard
